Delegate Safety Instructions

Our processes and precautions will be under constant review, and this guide will be constantly updated to give you the very latest information. We will comply with all government regulations and standards.

All delegates will be asked to undertake a non-contact temperature check upon arrival and one of our Health and Safety Marshalls will be waiting to direct you to where you need to go, avoiding the risk of overcrowding in spaces.

All delegates should wear a face covering.

All participants must show their badge on arrival and scan the QR code supplied, to gain entry to comply with our check-in procedures.

Room configuration will be designed as per current social distancing guidelines.

Our meeting and event spaces will be thoroughly cleaned prior to each event and during the meeting breaks and checked by our management team. We will seal our meeting rooms and break out rooms once they have been cleaned prior to a session, so you can be assured there will be no contamination between cleaning and the start of an event.

Hand sanitising stations will be set up at the entry and exit points for delegates to use throughout the event and should be used every time you enter or exit each event space.
